landlord and building owner's approval for the installation and to pull permits for the
clecrical upgrade to 30I E. A.lton Ave.
It is agleed that the eleckical upgrade will be completed wrth a licensed General
ConEactor and built to city code with all neccssary permits obtained. This will b€ at the
sole cost end expense of HPV Technologies, lnc. /Def Chem, Iac. (sub tenant) end HPV
