Description of Work:Provided a torque test set @ 40 foot lbs per ESR #1917 for the
plan approved HiltiKwikbolt 112 x 5 1 12" with plan min embedment al 3 1 14" embedment per
6/SED of 1 (4-25-19). 84 bolts were installed over 30% were tested without failure.
Locations were @ the following: 12-131G; 13/E; 12lD;1O/B-C approximately per A2-0.
" NoJe: prior to torque testing a visual inspection verified that 2 anchors were used per baseplate
per detail and notes.
