This letter confirms that the site address for a new single-family residence constructed at the above-listed address has been changed to 403 West McFadden Avenue from 407 West McFadden Avenue. Please note that this property contains two dwellings. There are no changes proposed to the existing dwelling on site at 930 South Birch Street. Please see Exhibit A for additional details.
