Dear Mr. Sanchez:
The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal
addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the new addresses
assigned to a residential conversion project at The Orleans Apartments at 1212 North
Broadway in Santa Ana. The project will convert an office building to a residential building
containing 30 total units, with 15 units on each of the two levels:
Level 1: Units 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, and 115
Level 2: Units 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, and 215
