Dear Mr. Rutherford :
The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal
addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the site address for a
new warehouse/distribution building at 511 North Grand Avenue Santa Ana, CA 92701.
Lot Line Adjustment No. 2020-02 was recorded on October 16, 2020 to reconfigure the lots to
allow for demolition of the existing production facility and construction of a new
warehouse/distribution building. Please note there is no address change proposed for the existing
office building and parking structure at 625 North Grand Avenue.
