This letter confirms the new addresses assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will replace an existing industrial/corporate campus at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. The site’s existing addresses include: 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. Please note that 2300 South Redhill Avenue will continue to be used for general site-related permits. The site will contain up to six buildings, comprised of 1,100 residential units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space. The initial two buildings will be 2010 East Warner Avenue and 2350 South Redhill Avenue. Addressing plans and unit lists are attached for reference. Please update your records accordingly.
