Subject: Additional New Addresses for new Commercial Building at the Warner/Redhill
Mixed-Use Development (formerly The Bowery) at 2320 South Redhill Avenue
Dear Ms. Hare:
The City of Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency is the responsible agency for legal
addressing within the City of Santa Ana’s jurisdiction. This letter confirms the additional new
addresses assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will replace
an existing industrial/corporate campus previously addressed at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South
Redhill Avenue.
The site’s new addresses include: 1938 and 2010 East Warner Avenue, and 2350 and 2390
South Redhill Avenue. Please note that 2320 South Redhill Avenue will continue to be used for
a new commercial building informally known as Building E. This building will contain the
following addresses:
2320 South Redhill Avenue, Units A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K
