This letter confirms modifications to the <br />new addresses assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will <br />replace an existing industrial/corporate campus at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. <br /> <br />The initial two buildings will be 2010 East Warner Avenue and 2350 South Redhill Avenue. The <br />site will continue to contain up to six buildings, comprised of 1,100 residential units and 80,000 <br />square feet of commercial space. Please note the following changes to each building: <br /> <br />2510 E. Warner Avenue New Residential Unit Total - 300 <br />Added Units 1116, 1117, 1118, 1216, 1217, and 1218 <br />Deleted Units 1114 and 1247 <br />2530 So. Redhill Avenue New Residential Unit Total - 247 <br />Deleted Unit 3241 <br /> <br />Please update your records accordingly.
