This letter confirms modifications to the new addresses assigned to a new mixed-use residential and commercial community that will replace an existing industrial/corporate campus at 2300, 2310, and 2320 South Redhill Avenue. The initial two buildings will be 2010 East Warner Avenue and 2350 South Redhill Avenue. The site will continue to contain up to six buildings, comprised of 1,100 residential units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space. Please note the following changes to each building: 2510 E. Warner Avenue New Residential Unit Total - 300 Added Units 1116, 1117, 1118, 1216, 1217, and 1218 Deleted Units 1114 and 1247 2530 So. Redhill Avenue New Residential Unit Total - 247 Deleted Unit 3241 Please update your records accordingly.
