EXPEDITED PERMIT PROCESS FOR PV SYSTEMS
MICRo-INVERTER
The Solar Amerlca Board for Codes and Standards (Solar ABCS) Expedlted permlt pro-
cess provtdes a means to dlfrerentlate systems that can be permitted quickly and easily
due to thelr similarity with the maJority of small6cale Fr' systems. Thole q/stems wittr
unique charaderistics may be handled Mth small addldons to this Expedlted permit
Process or may require much more informadon, depending on the unlqueness of the
installation.
The following pages contain forms for the Micro-tnverter to use with the Expedlted per-
mit Process. The Standard Strlng, AC Module and Supply-Slde Connecdon forms
are also avallable as interacttve pDF files at wwwsolarabcs.org/permitting. In jurlsdic-
tions that have adopted the Expedited permit process for pV Sysrems, tiese forms can
be filled out electronically and submitted in either prlnted form and via email. An elec-
tronic format is used so that the supplied information is standardized and legtble for the
local Jurlsdtctlon.
