15, ]980 regarding City of Santa Ana Earthquake Code
0rdinance NS- l51 8.
The First American Square complex at 421 N. Main Street
and I14 E. Fifth Street, Santa Ana consists of two
buildings. Both buildings ar€ not un-reinforced masonry
buildings. Both buildings are of reinforced concr€te
construction.
These buildings wene completely renrodel ed in 1975-76.
Building plans showing the type of construction are
on file in the City of Santa Ana Building Department.
Since our bulldings are not un-reinforced masonry
construction they are exempt from the above referenced
ordinance.
