The foundation plan set indicated above was reviewed with respect to the geotechnical
aspects of the project. The plan set reviewed is considered suitable from a geotechnical
standpoint provided the recommendations in our referenced report and addenda
(Leighton, 2011 ,2018, and 2020) are incorporated in the design and construction of the
project.
