Observations
Observed the drilling ol 3/4" DIAM. holes to existing concrete for the 5/8" DIAM. All Thread Anchor
Rod with 8" embedment at North, East, West and South Side of garage per detail 3/S'l and I also
observed the drilling ot 1/2" DIAM. holes lo existing concrete for #3 douels with 4" embedment at
South Side garage per detail 2/S1 . All of the holes was brushed cleaned and cornpress air blown
removing all of the loreign materials prior to lhe embedment ol the Anchor Rods and #3 dowels
inlo the concrete with Simpson Set XP Epoxy. Work observed was followed to the applicable
code and specirications. Work observed is completed
