4 Remarks; Your Cooperation Duties
• Any and all information and data contained in the Software concern solely the use of Hilti products and are based on the principles, formulas and
security regulations in accordance with Hilti's technical directions and operating, mounting and assembly instructions, etc., that must be strictly

Banyan Tree Foundation Review
To Whom It May Concern:
We have completed our structural review of the foundation design for the metal banyan tree
sculptures. The specific items reviewed were as follows:
Pages 26 and 40 – 45 of the Inertia Engineers structural calculations, dated January 5,
2023.
Details 13 & 16/S-503 of the Inertia Engineers structural drawings dated April 29,
2022.
The structural calculations and details provided by Inertia Engineers have been designed to
base reaction magnitudes similar to what was presented in the metal banyan tree sculpture
design documents. It is our opinion that the foundation design is adequate to resist all gravity
and lateral base reactions from the sculptures above.
If there are any questions or concerns with this letter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
