SUBSURFACE WORK SHALL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL AN AREA HAS BEEN CLEARED. 7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP THEIR GENERAL WORK AREA CLEAN AND ORDERLY AND FREE OF LITTER AND DEBRIS. UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED BY THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING THEIR OWN WASTE MATERIALS AND DEBRIS IN A TIMELY MANNER. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP AT LEAST ONE COPY OF THE LATEST APPROVED VERSION OF THESE DOCUMENTS AND THE DEMOLITION PERMIT ON-SITE AT ALL TIMES. CITADEL SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONTRACTOR'S DOCUMENTS AT ALL TIMES. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A SET OF AS-BUILT PLANS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERIODICALLY REVIEW THE AS-BUILT PLANS W(ITH THE ENGINEER TO ENSURE THAT CHANGES ARE KEPT UP TO DATE. 10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT IN A SATISFACTORY AND TIMELY MANNER. UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, LABOR, AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. 11.
