remove, replace rotted wood, secure new window in place, insulate around window, cap exterior trim with PVC coated trim, caulk

Dear Oakgrove HOA Management,
Would you please review and approve the following window replacements paperwork for:
Monica Tanumara - at 3913 W Hazard Avenue, Unit C, Santa Ana, CA 92703 ?
Attached are the:
1. Pictures of the 5-windows that will be replaced:
a. 2nd page is showing the 3 windows at the front of the unit.
b. 3ro page is showing the 2 windows at the back of the unit.
2. Copy of "customer price quote", including the type of windows, approximate window
measurements, and the price quoted. (total 3 pages)
Would you please review, and send me the approval letter, please ?
Home Depot needs the approval letter to take care of the permit.
PS: the replacement windows will be retrofit, white panels, single slider windows. The same model /
type as the current windows.
