THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE WORK AND SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES AND PROCEDURES; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BRACING AND SHORING. OBSERVATION VISITS TO THE SITE BY FIELD REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ARCHITECT AND/OR ENGINEER SHALL NOT INCLUDE INSPECTIONS OF THE PROTECTIVE MEASURES OR THE CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES.
