To whom it may concern,
Daniel Weinman will be working with Bay 4 Technical Services LLC. CA License C10
1031343. My name is Robert Suba and I am Bay4's qualifying partner and Lead Technician
Supervisor.
Mr. Weinman will be working/overseeing lhe removal of the Solar installation at the Walmart
store in Santa Ana, CA. All AC equipment will be removed and isolated from the point of
interconnection at this site. Mr, Weinman will coordinate with the City of Santa Ana
Dvelopement Services all inspections to verify/confirm NEC, CA Code compliant upon
removal and completion of Solar installation. All equipment will be removed in a safe and
compliant manner and loading of material not to exceed the loading capability of roof
structure. Any questions I can be reached a|520 488-1644.
Additionally we will be applying for a Business priveledge licence with the City of Santa Ana.
