Earl Webb from this lirm vlsltod the site to look at the seat cut and laper cut on the rafters
and ceiling joists respectively. Calcs performed at this ofiice show that the reduced
vertical height of the members at the bearing point is sufficient to comply with code
prescribed loads. These cuts are a@ptabl€. They are shown in the attached detail.
It was noticed the the starter boards over the overtund run fully over tho blocking such that
the sheathing cannot reach the block and therefore cannol be edge-nailed to it. Please
add another block as shown in the attached detail.
