3.BIDDERS, BY BIDDING, CERTIFY THAT THE DRAWINGS AND THE SPECIFICATION BOOK
HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND THAT LABOR AND MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR A
COMPLETE AND PROPER INSTALLATION ARE INCLUDED IN THEIR SUBMITTED BIDDING

4.DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION, IF THE CONTRACTOR UNCOVERS ANY CODE
