<br />8. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FT OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2% AWAY FROM THE BUILDING [CRC R401.3

<br />9.APPLICATIONS FOR WHICH NO PERMIT IS ISSUED WITHIN 180 DAYS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF APPLICATION SHALL AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE.
<br />10. EVERY PERMIT ISSUED SHALL BECOME INVALID UNLESS WORK AUTHORIZED IS COMMENCED WITHIN 180 DAYS AFTER ITS ISSUANCE OR IF THE WORK

<br />GREEN BUILDING NOTES
<br />1. ANNUAL SPACES AROUND PIPES, ELECTRIC CABLES, CONDUITS OR OTHER OPENINGS IN SOLE/BOTTOM PLATES AT EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL BE
<br />PROTECTED AGAINST THE PASSAGE OF RODENTS BY CLOSING SUCH OPENINGS WITH CEMENT MORTAR, CONCRETE MASONRY OR A SIMILAR METHOD.
<br />2. WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN: THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ORDINANCE REQUIRES THAT CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FROM NEW CONSTRUCTION, REMODELING,
