REMOVE AND SALVAGE - CAREFULLY DETACH FROM EXISTING CONSTRUCTION IN A MANNER TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND DELIVER TO OWNER READY FOR RE-USE. 12. REMOVE AND REINSTALL - DETACH ITEMS FROM EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, PREPARE FOR RE- USE, RE-INSTALL AND RECONNECT WHERE INDICATED SUCH THAT THE RE-INSTALLED ITEM IS FULLY OPERATIONAL. 13. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE TENANT WITH THE FINAL AS-BUILT SET OF DRAWINGS AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. COORDINATION WITH LANDLORD AND UTILITY COMPANIES A.
