THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING DRAMS INC AND OR THE ENGINEER OF ANY UNUSUAL OR UNFORESEEN STRUCTURAL CONDITIONS, DISCREPANCIES OR CHANGES FROM THE PLANS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING FIELD MEASUREMENTS BEFORE ORDERING MATERIAL AND FABRICATING ITEMS. 12. ADEQUATE SUPERVISION AND PERIODICAL INSPECTIONS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE IS RECOMMENDED. THE OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT INSPECTION AND / OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED BY QUALIFIED PERSONS. 13.
