Description of work:
l. Observed the epoxy installation of 3/4" allthread for stringer support. Holes drilled to a 12" embedment. Holes were drilled l/8" over the
diameter of the material being epoxied. then brushed and blown clean. Hilti H IT RE 5 00 epoxy was used with an expiralion date of 09/2021 .
lot# RE500V32 192328 L5. Work done per 2/E 105 and ESR 3814.
2. Observed the fit up and welding structural steel members for the stair stringer supports. Work done per details shown on S0.l . FCAW
process was used with classification ETlT-8 filler metal, specification AWS A5.20. Welding performed by cenified welder William Moyer,
license# P033979. Exp. l - l 5-22. Weld profi les appeared to be within tolerance of Ijigure 5.4 and sec. 5.22. I /clause-5. also table 6. l/clause-6
ofthe Dl.l Structural Welding Code.
All work mentioned above appeared to be in compliance with approved drawings at time of inspection. Work progressing
