NEXTEL shall reimburse for the cost of all permits. E. Codes: Comply with applicable codes and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction. Submit copies of inspection reports, notices and similar communications to Architect. F. Dimensions.- Verify accuracy of dimensions indicated on drawings with field dimensions before fabrication or ordering of materials. Do not scale drawings. All dimensions take precedence over scale unless otherwise noted by a plus or minus dimension. Detailed drawings take precedence over small scale drawings. Do not begin any construction or off site fabrication until drawing dimensions are verified with actual field conditions, G. Existing Conditions: Notify Architect in writing of existing conditions differing from those indicated on the drawings. Do not proceed with work in question without prior written approval. Do not remove or alter structural components without prior written approval. H. Details are considered to be diagrammatic in nature and are intended to show the end result of the design. If they are considered to be unsound, unsafe, not waterproof, or not within customary trade practices, the Architect and NEXTEL shall be notified prior to commencement of Work in question. If Work is performed, details pertaining thereto shall be considered satisfactory, Should minor odifications be required to suit job conditions those shall be included as part of the Work, J. Symbols and abbreviations used on the drawings ore considered construction standards. Should questions arise regarding their exact meaning, the Architect shall be notified for clarification. K. Definitions for terms used in the specifications: 1. Provide: Furnish and install, complete with all necessary accessories, ready for intended use. Pay for all related costs. 2. Approved: Acceptance of item submitted for approval, Not a limitation or release for compliance with the Contract Documents or regulatory requirements.
