INSURANCE A5 WILL PROTECT HIM FROM CONTINGENT LIABILITY DAMAGES. OWNER SHALL MAINTAIN

8. OWNER, WITHOUT INVALIDATING THE CONTRACT, MAY ORDER CHANGES OR EXTRA WORK BY
ADDITIONS, DEDUCTIONS, OR ALTERATIONS. THESE CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY WHEN
THEY ARE APPROVED IN WRITING BY BOTH THE OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR, AND WITH AN AGREED
