THE OWNER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CERTAIN CHANGES IN THE WORK AND THE CONTRACT AMOUNT SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. HOWEVER, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT PROCEED WITH ANY CHANGES WITHOUT THE WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. 10.
