Receptacles in bathrooms shall be G.F.I. protected. 6. Receptacles shall be installed vertically at 18"+ above floor. 7. Wall switches to be 48" above floor. 8. All electrically operated fixtures, outlets, equipment or devices whether installed by this conttractor or others, shall be fully connected to proper electrical source and left in operating condition. 9. Aluminum wire No. 4 AWG and smaller shall not be used in electrical wiring. SMOKE DETECTORS REQUIREMENTS NOTES: A. Smoke detectors shall Ice provided in all new construction, additions and interior alternations with a valuation over $1,000.00, In new buildings, smoke detectors shall be connected to the building wiring system and be provided with battery backup.
