I am the homeowner of 915 N. Baker Street, the property directly North of 907 N. Baker
Street. The homeowners of 907 N. Baker Street, John and Lois McGuinness have asked my
permission to allow their air conditioning unit to remain on the North side of the house, where
it currently Is placed.
I hereby give my consent for the air conditbning unit for the property at 907 N. Baker
Street to remain on the North side of the house. Thank you.

Attached please find the letter from our North side nelghbor Ms. Cindy Ann Wood, homeowner
of 915 N. Baker Street. She has given her permission for our air condltlonlng unit to remain on the
North side of our house which abuts her property.
Please let me know when you have stamped the plans with the window style changes so that I
can come and get them. I need to get them to Mr. Ed Chung.
