6. FOOTINGS SHALL BE PLACED AND ESTIMATED BASED UPON DEPTHS SHOWN ON THE
DRAWINGS. SHOULD SOIL ENCOUNTERED AT THESE DEPTHS NOT BE APPROVED BY
