Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Mayor and Clerk of
the Council to execute an agreement with Jesus, Laura, and Jorge Esquivel
for the purchase of the property located at 1122 South Orange Avenue,
Assessor Parcel No. 11-062-34.
DISCUSSION
The City Council has approved plans that will realign McFadden Avenue
between Main and Maple Streets. This property is within the limits of the
project (Exhibit 1).
The subject property consists of 7600 square foot lot improved with a
single family residence. The owners have agreed to sell their property to
the City for the appraised value of $135,000.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the McFadden Realignment Project (account no. 550-
936-6611, project no. 9287).
