Respected Mr Ellenbecker:
I have asked the architect to change the plans and include landscape as suggested by the
planning division around first street, Pacific ave and along the side of the building.
I shall submit detail plans prepared by landscape architect for your approval and shall
hold off any work to landscape till plans are approved by your office. I plan to submit this
as soon as possible.
I do appreciate your cooperation and suggestions. Thanks once again approving the
building plans with the final approval of landscape being prepared.
