If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.Clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application: - Construction drawings must clearly show all work to be done under the subject building permit application. - Delete all notes and details from drawings that are not a part of the work to be done under the subject building permit application. This includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical work that is not specifically required by the Building Code.CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1, All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceCBC Sections 1115B and 1210. Sanitation facility toilet room floors shall have a smooth, hard, non-absorbent surface such as Portland cement, concrete, ceramic tile or other approved material which extends upward onto the walls at least 6”. Walls within 2’ of the front and sides of urinals and water closets shall be similarly finished to a height of 4’.CBC Section 1607.7. Provide complete grab bar details on the drawings showing compliance with CBC Section 1115B.8 including structural strength to support a 250 pound point load.Ensure sanitary facilities comply with CBC Section 1115B.8.1 and that the bottom of the mirror is no higher than 40” from the floor.On detail 2/A3 shows wood construction and detail 1/A3 shows metal stud, please clarify.Provide ICC report and span table for metal studs.Provide detail to show how partition walls are being supported on top and bottom.Show how the bathroom walls are being supported at the top on detail 1/A3.Provide ICC report and span table for bathroom’s ceiling joists.Provide calculation engineering to show how 12’ high and 16’ high chain link fence are being supported.Show the door in chain link fence is in compliance with H/C accessibility.Provide roof plan to show location of new roof top unit. Provide engineering calculation for the new roof top unit (seismic and vertical)Provide construction detail for the modular office .The foundation system and connection of modular office shall be designed to withstand the vertical and lateral forces, submit one of the following for the plan check review.State approved manufacturer’s installation instruction . orPlans, specification, engineering calculations signed by a California licensed architect OrRegistered civil engineer. Submit complete construction drawings for door landings in the modular office. Note on the plan difference in elevation between door threshold and out of office landing. Show the modular office is in compliance with H/C accessibility. Provide weight and dimension of the bailer to clarify if the concrete slab is capable to carry the load. Please be advised, this is not a complete plan check correction, since the plans are not clear and complete , more corrections might be given at the time of resubmittal.
