If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSheet A0.3 on Sheet Index is missing from submitted plans.Multiple tenants (CBC1014.2.1) – Each tenant space shall be provided with access to the required exits without passing through adjacent tenant spaces. Specify on plans that egress is not passing through adjacent tenant space.Clarify new walls are “partition walls” and not demising walls to create separate suites or tenant spaces.The length of a common path of egress travel in Group B, F and S occupancies shall not be more than 100’, provided that the building is equipped throughout with an automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with Section 903.3.1.1. CBC Section 1014.3.Callout length of common path of egress travel for new open office at SE corner to not exceed 100 ft.Provide tactile “Exit Route” signs at egress doors.It is the project designer’s/property owner’s responsibility to show compliance on the drawings with all applicable Federal and State Accessibility Standards.Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $____________. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access in the priority order noted in the immediate previous item as noted in CBC Section 1134B. Revise the drawings to show compliance. Show both existing elements and how they will be upgraded to current standards.Provide proposal for disabled accessible upgrades with completed unreasonable hardship form or provide statement on plans that all existing accessible features comply with current requirements of Ch. 11B of CBC.
