FLOOD ZONE:The drawings/information (architectural and structural) submitted for Building Safety Division review is very incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete and separate architectural and structural drawings including structural calculations and to show compliance with the 2007 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.Incomplete, faded or non-legible drawings are not acceptable.We strongly recommend obtaining services of a licensed architect / engineer for proposed 2nd floor addition to avoid any delays in obtaining Building Permit. There may be additional requirements when complete construction drawings and supporting data is submitted for Building Safety Division review.
Prior to re-submittal,all drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect / registered engineer. (A106.1 and A106.3.4.1)Resubmit corrected sets of plans.
