All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.Reference sheet S-2 details 1 and 2; revise details to show that soffit is supported from top plate of trusses per our phone conversation on April 3rd. Note on Sheet A1.1, please insure that accessible counter is at height of 34” on both sides. CBC Section 1122B.1. Where a single counter contains more than one transaction station, counter with multiple teller windows or a retail sales counter with cash register stations, at least 5 percent, but never less than one, of each type of station shall be located at a section of counter that is at least 36” long and no more than 28 to 34” high. CBC Section 1122B. Refer to the attached handout on fixed or built-in, seating, tables and counters. Provide compliance on the drawings.Reference sheet A 1.2 detail # 2, Remove ICBO reference and reference to ICC. (ICC #1308 for new suspended ceiling) Provide material specification for new decretive columns shown on sheet A 2.1 to be non- combustible or fire retardant for existing building of Type II construction.Please call plan reviewer for appointment when all plan check comments have been satisfied for review and approval.
