Emergency egress or rescue openings from sleeping rooms can not open into a patio enclosure.\
Provide 2 # 4 at the top and bottom of the footing.
Provide minimum 5 feet separation from the patio enclosure to the property line.
Provide roof sheathing and nailing schedule.
