If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Provide dimensioned roof framing plan per structural calculations. Show location of existing columns where supporting existing Glulam beam. Licensed engineer/engineer to review size of existing foundation of columns due to additional load from RTU. Submit calculations for design and justification of platform and RTU anchorage to existing roof. Incorporate results of calculations into drawings prior to re-submittal.Provide complete platform and anchorage detail for new equipment. Indicate ICC approved sealant and flashing when roof is penetrated due to attachment of new platform or RTU.
