If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease identify all the items on the floor plan.CBC Section 1110B.1.3, Check Stands CBC Table 11B-2: NUMBER OF REGULARNUMBER TO BE CHECKSTANDSACCESSIBLE 1 to 41 5 to 82 9 to 153 Over 153 plus 20% of additional aisles - In new and existing construction, accessible check stands shall provide a clear checkout aisle width of 36” with a maximum adjoining counter height not exceeding 38” above the finish floor. - The top of the counter lip shall not exceed 40” above the finish floor. - Accessible check stands shall always be open to customers with disabilities and shall be identified by a sign clearly visible to those in wheelchairs. The sign shall display the international symbol of accessibility in white on a blue background and shall state “This check stand to be open at all times for customers with disabilities.”Kiosk anchorage to floor shall be by mechanical fasteners and resist all sliding and overturning forces induced by lateral forces.Floor surfaces shall be disabled accessible in accordance with CBC Section 1124B.Indicate detail and section references as to their appropriate location on the plan views. Show plastic having a maximum heat release rate not greater than 100 kilowatts(105 Btu/h) when tested in accordance with the exhibit booth protocol in UL 1975.Show how the glass on detail D6/A201 will be supported at 2 ends.Indicate detail and section references as to their appropriate location on plan views.Show the low beam and the posts supporting the beam on the framing plan A7/S-001.Provide dimension on details C5 / A-801 and C7/ A801.Provide fire rating and smoke index for fabric and plywood used in the structure.Please fill out attached OCFA form.
