Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIndicate if proposed Suite # 724 is located on 1st or 2nd floor. When located on the 2nd floor, submit structural calculations for LL design of 125psf by a licensed engineer or architect for design and justification of existing floor. Provide floor framing plan for proposed area. Incorporate result of calculations on to drawings prior to re-submittal. In lieu of providing structural calculations and drawings, provide a live load to limit the floor loading for racks to 50psf. Provide detail to show bottom of proposed racksarewheel chair accessible.
