Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceKiosk shall comply with CBC Section 402.10: - CBC Section 1604.9 and 1613. Kiosk anchorage to floor shall be by mechanical fasteners and resist all sliding and overturning forces induced by lateral forces. - Flame spread rating of kiosk construction shall comply with CBC Chapter 8. - Non-combustible materials are required for framework. CBC Sections 603 and 402.10, Item 1, for specific requirements. - Floor surfaces shall be disabled accessible in accordance with CBC Section 1124B.CBC Section 402.10, Item 3. Show on the Floor Plan, the minimum horizontal separation between kiosks or groupings thereof and other structures within the mall shall be 20’.
