CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTS
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ( OCFA, 714-573-6108)(proposed Battery equipment)- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease note, structural calculations are submitted to address this comment however, as built drawings is not provided as indicated on plan check respond by “CORE”dated 1/3/2013.Results of structural analysis for existing Monopole to be incorporated in to drawings or as built drawings to be submitted to confirm the new structural results. Indicate on the drawings the additional lateral loads proposed and percentage of new lateral loads. Please submit two sets of drawings, to be signed and stamped by engineer of Monopole analysis.
