Revise structural calculations for minimum foundation/footing design requirements for small projectsIn lieu of soils investigation report per Sections 1802.2.6 and 1802.2.7 of the 2010 California Building Code. - Allowable foundation pressure not to exceed 1000 PSF. Lateral 100psf/sf. Compressive strength of concrete shall not be less than 3000 psi. Revise the design and drawings to show compliance. CBC Section 1904 and CBC Table 1904.2.2 Indicate distance from proposed patio cover to existing buildings on the site.Clarify is SPK system is to be installed for proposed patio cove. Please note existing buildings are equipped with sprinkered system as part of floor area justification.Proposed patio cover is additional floor area to existing site. Indicate floor area of existing buildings including the cover walk way area on the drawings. Using table 503, identify the allowable area of the single occupancy or the most restrictive of the non-separated mixed occupancies. Construction types that provide an allowable tabular area equal to or greater than the adjusted building area (as modified by Section 504).Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $14770.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access in the priority order noted in the immediate previous item as noted in CBC Section 1134B. The following information related to wind loads shall be shown, regardless of whether wind loads govern the design of the lateral-force-resisting system of the building. Basic wind speed (3-second gust,) miles per hour Wind importance factor, I, and occupancy category Wind exposure. Where more than one wind exposure is utilized, the wind exposure and applicable wind direction shall be indicated The applicable internal pressure coefficient Components and cladding. The design wind pressures, in terms of psf, to be used for the design of exterior component and cladding materials not specifically designed by the registered design professional. 1603.1.5 Earthquake design data. The following information related to seismic loads shall be shown, regardless of whether seismic loads govern the design of the lateral-force-resisting system of the building. Seismic importance factor, I, and occupancy category Mapped spectral response accelerations, Ss and SI Site class.
