Provide site plan.
Change the address on the calculation to reflect the address on the application.
Please show the dimension on the railing detail to reflect minimum 42” guad rail and 4” to the connection.
Change calculation based on the actual height of the guardrail.
Provide calculation for 200 # concentrated load per CBC 2010, section 1607.A.7.1.1.
Provide copy of NDS value for the lag screw.
