Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease fill out attached disabled access compliance form.Provide existing floor plan.Revise the wall legends to clearly show new and existing walls.Submit a signed copy of the contract showing labor and materials for all work to be done under the subject building permit application. The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.No Combustible material allowed in type IIA building.Provide ICC report and span table for the metal stud.Verify if there is a new demising wall between suite 475 and 470.Provide complying exiting plan for the “reminder” area of suite 470. Compensating devices or automatic door operators may be utilized to meet the above standards. When fire doors are required, the maximum effort to operate the door may be increased to the minimum allowable by the appropriate administrative authority, not to exceed 15 pounds.Clarify the lines on the floor plan.Provide detail for end of the walls in exam room #3.Provide detail how the reception window is being supported from top to the bottom.
