Correct Type of construction to Type II-B and revise details to show compliance with Type II Non-combustible. Show Fire Retardant wood when used in Type II-B construction(sheet A-201B). Check door jam on sheet A-002 and specify fire retardant wood.Check sheet S-200 and specify fire retardant wood.Reference sheet A-005, show minimum of 10’.0” walk way for mall exit path.Provide dimensions for demo plan and new floor plan to show if there is any encroachment to mall exit path.
