Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThis review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.Reference sheet S-200, Provide the followings on the drawings;Indicate sizes of existing trusses on the drawings indicate size of top and bottom cords.Indicate live load and dead load design on the drawings. Show location of other existing equipment on the drawings to insure 500# is the only additional load on each truss.Provide detail showing positive connection from equipment to platform and to existing roof members.Please confirm that new 1000# equipment is supported on three roof trusses per detail #1 of sheet S-200 to reduce stress and deflection on two roof trusses where new equipment is located. Calculations design is based on two trusses to support the new equipment. We suggest that new equipment to be supported on three trusses. Indicate ICC approval for roof sealing when roof is penetrated by equipment/ platform including.
