If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePer city record the building is un-reinforced masonry, detail provided is for wood frame structure, please revise the details accordingly.Show location of the connection detail # 3, on the cross section #2 , is it both at the top and bottom?The vertical clearance from the public right-of-way to the lowest part of any awning, shall be 7 feet minimum. (CBC 3202.3.1) 2010.Awnings and canopies , with less than 15 feet clearance above side walk shall not extend into or occupy more than two-thirds the width of side walk measured from the building (CBC 3202.3.1)
