All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.(When meeting is needed) Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Return marked up set of drawings with corrections.Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure Compliance with Chapter 11-B, Division 2;A. An accessible entrance.
B. An accessible route to the altered area.
C. Accessible restrooms.
D. Accessible telephone (if any). Accessible drinking fountains, andParking, signage and alarms.Complete and sign attached “disabled accessibility documentation” form showing compliance and non-compliance items.
Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $13000.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access (Non-compliance items in existing building. Show both existing elements and how they will be upgraded to current standards.Chapter 11-B, Division 2.This building is subject to the State of California Energy Conservation Regulations. Indicate U-Factor and SHGC for new windows in compliance with T-24 energy Standards for climate zone #8.Show tempered glass and show class thickness and attachment to the wall.Provide structural calculations for design and justification for removal of concrete wall(both vertical and lateral loads).Calculation to justify rebarrequirement around new openings (vertical and horizontal) in compliance with Section 1909.6.3of CBC. Provide pressure treated post when post is in contact with concrete. Provide top and bottom connection detail for two new posts.Section 2301.12, provide structural calculation to show compliance with AF&PA NDS and Section 1604.3.1 for long-term loading of concrete supported by GLB. Provide complete elevation of wall showing depth of concrete beam above.
