Refer to the attached handout. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceShow on the plans: - Occupancy Classification(s) - Type of Construction - Fire Sprinkler System (State purpose of sprinkler system, for example, area increase under CBC Section 506.3, required by CBC Section 903 for type of occupancy, etc.)Patio cover material doesn’t match the original type of construction, please provide material to comply with type VA construction. No pencil shall be used on the drawings.
